Supplements your workouts
This ab workout wheel is for intermediate users; however, it can be made easier to use by positioning a training band between the wheels in stable mode.
Place one end of the band between the wheels and the other end behind one of your legs. You'll notice that the exercise is much simpler while still being very effective.
