Can I pick up my orders from somewhere in Ghana instead of choosing and paying for delivery?
Our delivery partners will deliver your order to the closest post office in case you’re not available. We have the option for pick-up from any of our stores for free.
Do you offer printing for apparel or customized kits?
No, not at the moment!
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been paid for and confirmed, you will receive an email with your tracking ID. Please use this tracking ID on http://www.fedex.com/gh/ to track your order.

The order delivery was attempted at a time when I was not at the delivery address. What happens next?
Please check your post box for a message from our delivery partner. In case they missed you, they will drop your parcel off at the nearest post office.
Can I change my delivery address after an order has been confirmed?
That will depend on the status of your order, please write to us immediately.
I would like to buy a Decathlon product that you don’t currently stock. Can it be sourced from outside Ghana and delivered within Ghana?
Unfortunately we can’t! Delivery in Ghana is limited to the stock we have on our website.
However, our aim is to expand our product range step by step, so if there’s something you need and cant find, please let us know so we can make it available in the future.
I am looking for a product, and it is always out of stock! Why is that happening?
That’s not something that is supposed to happen. Please send us an email immediately with the product details.
Will my existing Loyalty card or Membership number work on Decathlon.com.gh?
Not at the moment, unfortunately. In the near future, you will be able to use it across the world.
