HOW DOES A FREE RETURN INSTORE WORKS?

You can return your order IN STORE. 

Here’s how to return at KAWUKUDI OR JUNCTION MALL 

  1. Come along with your product receipt

  2. Drop your parcel at either KAWUKUDI or JUNCTION MALL  

  3. Speak to an agent at the welcome desk and have your package exchanged or returned for you.

  4. Remember to keep hold of your product receipt or take a picture for safe keep.

HOW DOES A FREE RETURN ONLINE WORKS?

You can return your order free of charge Online

Here’s how to return at decathlon.com.gh

  1. Click on My Account 

  2. Then go to Orders and Returns

  3. Click Online Orders

  4. Select how many products you would like to Return

  5. Select the reason you would like to Return the product you selected 

  6. You can choose to provide other details on the reason for return

  7. Select the mode of return, drop if off in-store or pick up from home option

  8. Kindly expect a call from an agent to assist you with the process of your return request

Please ensure that the items meet our guidelines for you to have a smooth return transaction.

It will take approximately 2-5 business days for online and same day for instore.

WHAT IF THERE IS A MANUFACTURING DEFECT WITH THE PRODUCT?

On rare occasions, if you have a product with a manufacturing defect, don't worry.All Decathlon passion brand products come with a minimum guarantee of 2 years.*

If beyond 30 days of use, we will firstly offer a repair solution. If we are unable to repair your item within a reasonable period, we will exchange the product. If no equivalent product is available, we will offer a full refund.

If a faulty product is returned within 30 days after purchase, with proof of purchase, you have the right to a full refund.

Use your Decathlon Card at the time of purchase and we will link electronic copies of your receipts to your personal account.

REFUND PROCESS

The process for Bank Transfer  will take approximately 5 business days. Please note that the actual estimated time to process your request will depend on your issuing bank. Further communication with the specific issuing bank may be necessary for complete information on said timelines.

Please be informed that refunds are subjected to inspection and will not include the shipping fee paid in the delivery of your parcel or purchase.
