Why adapt the weight of these wrist and ankle weights?
They're made up of four 500 g weights so that you can vary the load. The most you can have is 2 kg on each limb.
For newcomers to strength training, it's recommended that you start with 500 g per arm for upper-body workouts. Your lower-body muscles tend to be more powerful, so you can start with 1 kg per ankle.
You can then increase the load depending on how you feel and how strong you are!
By starting light, you can focus on the quality of your movements.
Wash your weights easily
Want to wash your weights? Here's what to do:
- Take the weights off the wristband
- Put the wristband in a laundry bag
- Put the bag in your washing machine and wash on a gentle cycle at 30°C max
- Leave to dry naturally

During your workout, you can switch between dynamic poses and static poses (with your feet immobile).
For your dynamic poses, such as leg extensions, wrist and ankle weights are ideal.
For static exercises such as squats and lateral arm extensions, the weights can be useful because they are easy to hold and help you stay balanced.
