These dumbbells can hold up to 30 kg each. Because the bars and collars weigh 2 kg, each dumbbell can weigh up to 32 kg, or 64 kg for both.

Train safely with this dumbbell set

The weights attach to the threaded bar with a collar. They secure the plates tightly onto the bar, even when holding them vertically. If you do dynamic training, make sure to check the tightness of the collars between 2 sets or if you hear the plates bang together.
That being said, a little bit of play is normal for ensuring the plates can easily go on the bar.
