WHICH RESISTANCE LEVEL SHOULD YOU CHOOSE?
The light resistance (7 kg) is good for beginners or those with an intermediate level doing upper body work or Pilates exercises.
The medium resistance (10 kg) is good for those with an intermediate level doing lower body exercises.
The strong resistance (15 kg) is ideal for advanced users doing lower body strength training (squats, leg raises, etc.).

WHY USE A RESISTANCE BAND?
Adding a resistance band to your workout lets you do resistance work while protecting your joints by not lifting heavy weights.
You'll notice that the resistance increases progressively during your exercises: the harder you pull, the higher the resistance becomes. You can also vary the intensity of your exercises by adjusting the length of the band and changing your range of movement.
The options are virtually endless with a resistance band!
