CHOOSING THE RIGHT LENGTH
The Glute Band comes in three lengths.
The smallest length has the strongest feeling of resistance, while the longer one has the lowest feeling of resistance.
Pick your length to suit the exercise and intensity.
Band width: 80 mm
Total length of the LIGHT band: 820 mm
Total length of the MEDIUM band: 740 mm
Total length of the HARD band: 620 mm

I am so sorry that you had an unpleasant experience with the Strength Training Resistance Band Glute Band - Medium. These Bands have been engineered particularly with Fabric for its effectiveness.
You can build muscle and strength with both types of resistance bands - Fabric/ cloth and Rubber/ Latex.
As for Cloth resistance bands, all of the sizes are effective for building muscle and strength. They offer more resistance and are much more effective at targeting the lower-body muscles and are in fact fantastic at activating and keeping maximum tension on the legs, hips, and glutes, for both bodyweight and free weight exercises. However, the rubber/ latex bands can help activate lower body muscles but less effective than Cloth resistance bands.
