improving indoor biking performance with occasional workouts.
A very stable exercise bike thanks to its weight (51 kg), with a height-depth adjustable seat for total comfort.
Rock solid bike, nicely painted and great to use.
Saddle nice and comfortable without being too squishy or too firm.
Chain is a little on the noisy side which is the main letdown and the front bars are only height adjustable with no front backwards movement. However it’s still a great bike considering it’s price point.
I bought this indoor bike for my dad who has Parkinson's disease. He has found it really beneficial, to keep active and exercise, as he used to be a keen cycleist
Ideal piece of equipment to ride the tour de france on without leaving your front room.
My wife and I wanted an exercise bike for different uses as I have been recovering from a knee injury and she wanted a bike she could spin on. This bike has served well for both. the 14k weight on the front wheel makes it very versatile
This is a good Spinning bike for those just getting into spinning. It is a good sturdy bike.
The hardest part for me was getting it out of the box. After that it was very easy to build. This was bought for my wife who has back problems, so we changed the seat, as the seat provided is quite hard and uncomfortable.
The bike does the majority of what you need. However the only thing it is missing is the ability to count RPMs. Most spinning workouts talk about increasing your RPMs over a certain figure so without this information it is difficult to judge what you are doing.
Overall a good bike for beginners.
