Usage Tips
The recommended average total protein intake for people doing sport is 1 to 1.5g of protein / kg of body weight / day (2/3 of this should come from your normal diet). Use in addition to physical activity. It is important to maintain a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Preparation advice
Mix 100g of Mass Gainer 7 with 200ml of water or milk in a shaker that has a sieve to obtain the desired texture. Shake for 30 seconds then drink.
