Our team designed this pull-up bar for bodyweight training: pull-ups, press-ups and dips. Wide grip, hammer grip, narrow grip... anything is possible.
The 500 pull-up bar is a multi-purpose bar. It requires attachment of safety cleats screwed into a door frame (consult the technical information).
