Directions for use

In order to compensate energy loss, we recommend that you take 1 energy gel every 45 to 60 minutes during a workout (the idea is to consume 60g of carbohydrate every hour for workouts of over 3 hours). We recommend that you use these gels after 3 hours' effort, using short-distance gels beforehand. In order to improve assimilation even further, we recommend that you swallow a few mouthfuls of water after each gel.

These gels are made in France. And what about anti-doping rules? The product complies with anti-doping standard AFNOR NF V94-001 on the date of batch manufacturing.

Eat a maximum of 4 long-distance Energy Gels per day. Contains caffeine (62 mg/100g), not recommended for children and pregnant or breastfeeding women.

Long Distance Energy Gel. High-carbohydrate gel, rich in vitamins B1, B6, B12, E and zinc, with caffeine and BCAAs. Lemon flavour. Ingredients: glucose syrup (68%), water, maltodextrin (14%), acidity regulator: citric acid, sodium citrate, natural citrus flavouring and other natural flavourings, preservative: potassium sorbate, zinc citrate, vitamins B1, B6, B12, E, L-Leucine, L-Valine, L-Isoleucine, natural caffeine (0.06%), natural food colouring (safflower concentrate and lemon). May contain traces of: FISH, MILK, SOYA, GLUTEN.
