Recommendations for use

Drink before and during exercise in small amounts every 15 to 20 minutes. Drink 500 to 800 ml/hours, depending on the heat. The aim is to consume 60g of carbohydrates per hour when working out for over 3 hours. As well as doing physical activity, it is important to eat a varied and balanced diet and to lead a healthy lifestyle.

Powdered mix for carbohydrate-rich isotonic sports drink. Rich in vitamins B1, B2, B6, E and C. Source of sodium, magnesium, potassium, selenium. Strawberry/cherry flavour. Ingredients: Sucrose (60%), maltodextrin (24%), dextrose (7%), acidifying agent: citric acid, sodium citrate, potassium chloride, sodium chloride, magnesium citrate, vitamins C, E, B2, B6 and B1, natural food colouring (sweet potato, radish, apple, cherry concentrate), natural flavour, sodium selenite.
