- Size S: opt for this size if you are up to 1.65 m tall. - Size M: between 1.65 and 1.85 m tall. - Size L: over 1.85 m tall.

When you pump up your ball for the first time, don't be afraid to over-inflate it. Sit on it and adjust the inflation level (by slightly deflating it, if needed) to adjust the ball to your height. Your knees should be at the same height as your hips, or slightly lower. To save time, you can inflate your ball using the Swiss Ball pump (sold separately).
