This product gives you a feeling of warmth when applied. In some cases, you may observe a certain redness of skin; this is normal, and is due to an increase in surface blood circulation.

The feeling of warmth may vary dramatically for different individuals, according to the active ingredient in the product and the sensitivity of each person to the stimulation of the skin's heat sensors. If you experience a strong sensation of heat, don't worry, it'll disappear after a few minutes. Whatever you do, don't apply water, because that'll only re-activate the heating ingredient.

The active ingredient reacts to contact with water. So it may be re-activated when you take a shower, again producing a heat sensation. But don't worry, this is only a heat sensation, not an actual burn, and it'll disappear on its own after a few minutes.
