Why choose a specific T-shirt for running?

Perspiration is a natural reaction when working out and in hot temperatures. Avoid cotton T-shirts. Cotton does not wick away but rather absorbs perspiration, and doesn't dry quickly, so your skin quickly feels cool. Choosing the right T-shirt will provide you with extra comfort during your workout, regardless of the duration.
