This would be fine for a kid but does not offer enough support for an adult.

I am sorry to see you are disappointed with this. It may well be a faulty one as I have used this exact model myself and it was fine for me. It could be a fault with the product as it should inflate fully and hold firm under a reasonable pressure.

The pillow just sorta flattens into a tiny brick that is way too high for my head as a stomach sleeper. Was comfortable on my back but I can't actually sleep that way.
