Perfect product except there isnt a rubber strip inside so the bands slips while doing most of the exercises so dosent solve the purpose of the equipment.

I apologize that you are facing this issue with the glute band. In decathlon, we believe in ensuring a good sporting experience. Therefore, please do contact our User Happiness Centre here and they will be able to help you with your issue directly.


Alternatively, may I suggest you try the Light Band as sometimes our muscles take time to get used to the workout and therefore, the medium band may be too strong for you.
