WHICH SIZE SWISS BALL DO YOU NEED?
Picking the right size is easy:
if you're less than 1.60 m tall and weigh less than 85 kg, choose size 1 (diameter: 55 cm);
if you're between 1.60 and 1.80 m tall and weigh less than 85 kg, choose size 2 (diameter: 65 cm); if you're more than 1.70 m tall and weigh more than 85 kg, then size 3 (diameter:75 cm) is the one you need.
HOW TO INFLATE YOUR GYM BALL TO A SAFE SIZE
First thing's first: we recommend using a pump, which is sold separately (product ref 8214626 or 8490986). Fully inflate your gym ball using a tape measure to check the diameter. As a guide, here are the maximum diameters of our different gym balls: Size 1 = 55 cm, Size 2 = 65 cm and Size 3 = 75 cm. Lastly, sit on the ball and check that your knees are at hip height. If they aren't, add or remove some of the air.
WHICH ACCESSORIES DOES THE SWISS BALL COME WITH?
Your Swiss ball comes with: a plug, plus a second one in case you misplace the first; a plug remover to easily remove the plug when you want to inflate/deflate the ball; a tape measure to make sure you've inflated your ball to the correct size; a user guide; and a poster with exercises.

WHY IS THE SWISS BALL NOT SUITABLE FOR THE OFFICE?
Our ball is designed for fitness activities. It's therefore not suitable for office use.
The constraints of using a Swiss ball in the office mean that we can't recommend doing so with this ball.
What should you do if you lose both your Gym Ball plugs?
Don't worry!
This year, we're offering the option to buy plugs as spare parts from our stores' workshops.

Tips for storage and maintenance
Storage tips
We recommend storing your Swiss ball in a clean, dry place at room temperature, away from heat sources (radiators, underfloor heating, sunny windows); also avoid lacquered or varnished surfaces, etc.
Restrictions on use
The maximum weight this Swiss ball can take is 130 kg.
TESTS AND WARRANTY
Test product
To guarantee quality and safety, we perform numerous tests before our balls hit the shelves.
There are two main tests. First up, we perform a compression test that involves compressing the ball more than 100,000 times with a 195 kg weight; we then perform a static compression test in which a 325 kg weight is placed on the ball.
