Which uses are these Aquashoes designed for?

They can also be suitable for other aquatic practices: kayaking, stand-up paddle boarding.
Can I walk on rocks with them?
Of course it is possible to walk on rocks with the Decathlon Aquashoes 120. However, be careful on the slippery rocks or rocks covered in algae where the grip may be reduced.
Can I wash my shoes in the washing machine?
Subea aquatic shoes can be put in a washing machine with detergent on a cycle of 30°C maximum. Choose a delicate programme.
Then you should let them dry in the open air, avoiding the sun.
What size Aquashoes should I choose?
As our Aquashoes are fitted, we advise you to choose your usual size. The best solution being to try them in store, but keep in mind that if the size doesn’t fit, you can exchange them!
Ecodesign of the upper (fabric)
Dyeing textiles requires a lot of water and discharges wastewater from dye baths. To reduce this environmental impact, we choose to dye the solid colours, black, red and lagoon, by integrating the colour pigments into the yarn.
For the graphical models, very little water is used. The dyeing is done with a machine using pressurised gas to fix the colour directly onto the fabric.
Eco-design of the sole
The black soles on this model of aquashoes 8574800 and 8574801 contain 12% by mass of recycled plastic from polystyrene.
