HOW TO ORDER ?

Place Your Order In 5 Simple Steps Below

Step 1: Browse and select your desired product from the menu or by using the search bar.

Step 2: If applicable, choose the appropriate size for your product.

Step 3: Click on 'ADD TO CART' and then select 'View Cart Summary'. If you wish to add more items, click on the 'Continue Shopping' button. Otherwise, proceed to Step 4.

Step 4: On the 'Cart Summary' page, you can adjust the quantity of your items and apply any available promo codes. Once you're ready, click 'Order Now' to proceed to checkout. Please note that you will need to create an account before moving forward.

Step 5: After creating an account, you can proceed to checkout. Select your preferred delivery option and choose your payment method. We offer two options: 'Pay Online': Use Mobile Money, VISA, or MASTERCARD to make your payment. 'Pay Cash On Delivery': Pay for your order when it is delivered to you. Once you have selected your delivery and payment options, click 'CONFIRM YOUR ORDER' to initiate the processing of your order for delivery or in-store pickup

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED ?

1. Online Delivery:

Decathlon Ghana Online offers nationwide doorstep delivery. You can shop online and have your package delivered to any location in the country.

2. Main Store:

For in-store shopping, you can visit our main store located at the Spot of the Kawukudi Traffic Light, near the National Central Mosque.

3. Second Store:

We also have a store/shop inside the Junction Mall, situated at Nungua Barrier.

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER ?

Exchange:

If you didn't pick the correct size or colour, don't worry! You can exchange it for free within 365 days. You just have to cover the cost of shipping.

How to Process an Exchange:

1. Contact us: Call us on 0303970041 or 0505999070 (Call/Whatsapp), or write to us at [email protected]. Provide your Order number, details of the items you would like to exchange, and a brief explanation of why (your feedback helps us improve).

2. Assistance from our customer happiness officer: Our dedicated customer happiness officer will guide you on the next steps.

3. In-store exchange: Visit any of our stores with your receipt, and the exchange will be processed immediately.

Shipping option:

Alternatively, we can have your preferred size shipped to you at a small fee.

2. Instant Refund via eVoucher:

As an immediate refund option, we offer an eVoucher. You will receive an eVoucher code equivalent to the value of the refunded amount. This eVoucher can be used to make a new purchase with us.

3. Bank Transfer:

If you prefer to receive a cash refund directly to your bank account, we can arrange a bank transfer. Please note that bank transfers usually take up to 5 business days for the amount to be credited to your account.
